Coubonga is a Finnish mobile app that allows users—that is, consumer customers—to easily find attractive offers from online stores and local businesses.
By signing up for our service, you can create coupons in the app to boost your sales and reach new customers. If you own a store, you can also create a stamp card to easily engage and reward your customers.
By default, your coupons will be published in the app on the same day they are created.
Users of the Coubonga app can find your coupons through the "Discovery" view or the "Swipe" view. In addition, users can filter coupons by category to find relevant content.
The Discovery view ensures your coupons are most visible to users in your local area, while the Swipe view highlights your coupons' design and attractive offers.
Your store's register has an NFC reader that allows customers to collect a stamp for their purchase by holding their phone next to the reader. Once a customer has collected enough stamps, they are eligible for the reward you have specified.
You can create a stamp card through our portal. You get to decide the terms and validity period of the stamp card yourself. Upon registration, we’ll provide you with the necessary in-store materials and an NFC reader.
Depending on whether you have a brick-and-mortar store or an online store, customers redeem the coupon either at your store’s register at the time of payment or online using the discount code you provide. Payment transactions do not go through Coubonga.
Yes, you can! You can create coupons and stamp cards using ready-made templates or start from scratch. You can edit your active coupons at any time.
You can easily view the results of your campaigns through our portal. Among other things, you’ll receive data on the number of views and redemptions for your coupons. You’ll also have access to demographic information about the target audience for your coupons and stamp cards, such as the age and gender of the users reached.
You can choose the service package that best suits your company’s needs and circumstances. You can choose either an open-ended contract or a fixed-term contract.
