It is important to Coubonga and its partners that app users are verified to ensure a positive user experience for everyone. Phone numbers are verified to prevent, for example, bot attacks that could disrupt the user experience.
With certain phones, issues may arise where you do not receive any notification on your phone regarding the confirmation message. The confirmation message is always sent to the phone number you provided during registration. If you do not receive a text message notification for the confirmation message, we recommend checking your phone’s text messaging app manually to find the message. The sender of the confirmation message is AUTHMSG.

Coubonga shows you coupons based on your location. If you do not allow location sharing, you will not be able to find or use local coupons.
By enabling push notifications, you'll receive alerts about coupons that interest you, as well as reminders about the coupons in your wallet, so you'll remember to use them before they expire.
1. Open Settingsat
2. Select Apps: Scroll and tap Apps.
3. Select the app you want to reset: Browse the list or use the search function to find Coubonga
4. Tap Storage (or Storage & cache)
5. First, tap " Clear cache ": This deletes temporary files.
6. Next, tap "Clear data " (or "Clear storage"): This will reset the app—all settings, login information, and downloaded content will be deleted. The app will return to its original installation state.

Swipe the coupon to the left to skip it. You can bring up the previous coupon by tapping the arrow button in the middle. Swipe the coupon to the right to save it to your wallet, where it will be ready and waiting when you want to redeem it. You can also swipe coupons by tapping the heart or the checkmark.
You can use your coupon for services or products offered by our partners. Online store coupons are redeemed using the code found on the coupon, while in-store coupons can be used directly at the register. Always read the coupon’s terms and conditions and redemption instructions carefully.
We don't want to clutter up your wallet or encourage hoarding. Coupons remain in the app's wallet only for a predetermined period of time. You can find the expiration date on each coupon.

Coubonga's partners can offer digital stamp books. Be sure to collect stamps in your book every time you visit a Coubonga partner and earn rewards!
First, add a Coubonga partner business to your favorites from its profile. After that, you can collect stamps and rewards using your passport. To scan stamps into your stamp passport, use your phone at the NFC reader located at the partner business’s register.
You can view the stamps you've collected and your stamp card progress in the app's wallet view.
Stay up to date on new coupons from your favorite businesses by adding them to your favorites in the Discovery view. You'll receive a notification whenever your favorite businesses publish new coupons.
To add a company to your favorites, go to the company's profile. Next, click the heart icon in the upper-right corner.
Gold coupons are rarer and more valuable than so-called regular coupons. In some rare cases, it’s possible that, for example, two users might come across the same coupon at the same time. In that case, the user who is the first to swipe the gold coupon into their wallet gets to keep it.
