You are obliged to read the agreement carefully before registering as a Coubonga partner. By registering as a Partner, you confirm that you have read the Agreement, that you understand the terms of the Agreement and that you accept the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

This is a brief summary of the Partnership Agreement. Coubonga is a marketing platform where partner companies can post coupons for consumers to find.

Service provider: coubonga Oy

• Provides a digital marketing platform for publishing coupons.
• Is entitled to use partners as references in the media (unless otherwise agreed).
• Monitor and, if necessary, remove inappropriate or non-compliant coupons.
• Notifies the affiliate if the promotional coupon has been removed and provides an opportunity for corrective action.
• Provides the partner with performance monitoring tools and reports on the effectiveness of bid coupons.
• May change the terms of service by giving at least four weeks' notice to partners.

Partner

• Commits not to offer better deals in other sales channels.
• Responsible for the content of their offer coupons and ensuring that they comply with the conditions and descriptions provided.
• Be responsible for the operations and offers of the vouchers and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• End-user data may not be used for any purpose other than to complete the order pick-up.
